That and she's been so bored lately without Shirou slaving around her apartment that she has to make an attempt to reach out to others one way or the other. ]

There was a website launched a few decades back where people would post a photo of themselves on the Internet.
Actually there were a number of sites of that nature, but the purpose of this one was different !!
People would vote on a scale of 1 to 10 on how HOT they were based on the photo chosen.
So if you've got the balls, you should post a pic and have people vote !!
BTW since I'm such a cool person, I made it so you could reply to people who vote.
I guess you could also post anonymously if you're afraid of the repercussions, but I'll know who you are ♡

[ TL;DR this is an in-character rating meme. Link a picture or post one, then have characters vote on a scale of 1 (ugly) to 10 (SUPAH HOT FIRE) and deal with repercussions. Spam away all you like. Rin can't actually tell who posts anonymously, but it's fun to threaten people. Well, if it's flattering, then I probably don't need to worry...or, at least, I don't have to prepare a shelter to hide from them for however long it takes for them to get bored with me.

That's true. I'd be more worried if Drew was still head counselor and continuing to allow that, ah, 'Rite of Passage.'

Piper's been the best thing for Cabin 10. Silena would've been proud.

[annabeth makes a disgusted sound. she'd been relieved when silena had put her foot down on that particular tradition, and later piper. annabeth's the last person who'd be able to say what it means to be a child of aphrodite — she likes her better than, say, hera, but that's a low bar — it'd always seemed petty and childish and a waste of time to her.

there's a pause before she answers, and will might catch an exhale. the thing is that aside from percy, the rest of the seven of the prophecy were either at camp half-blood for less than a year — or, in the cases of hazel and frank, just got there for the first time. and considering they were, you know, on an incredibly dangerous quest to stop gaea from waking and destroying everything, there was only so much time for nostalgia. after tartarus, looking backwards became dangerous; she and percy got out, thank the gods, but they experienced things so far beyond normal comprehension for even half-bloods...it's a miracle they got out with their sanity. she tries not to dwell on it.

silena isn't exactly a happy memory either, but this is still...nice. she and piper had talked about silena a little, and she appreciate how much her friend respects silena's legacy, but piper never knew her.]

Yeah, she would've. She would've liked Piper a lot.

[Will could echo that exhale. A lot of regrets and losses had been felt in the aftermath of that war. More than the mere physical. He remembers a time when he couldn't look at Mrs. O'Leary without being reminded of the feral hellhounds that had taken the lives of his siblings for quite a while. Even now, Will still has nightmares about it, about how an archer's biggest fear is being caught in close combat with no time to drop their bow and get out a more appropriate weapon.

He decides against saying how Beckendorf would've liked Piper's spunk, too. That only brings up memories of Leo and he doesn't want to open up that wound when it's so fresh, least of all for Annabeth. He decides to change the topic.]

But, to get back to the earlier topic, a six, Annabeth? I'm only slightly above average?

Well, no, and I certainly wouldn't be high just on account of how over-all good-looking the children of the Big Three are in general, but I'll gladly take a half point upwards. Who needs whole numbers anyway?
